Leaked Specs and Renders of Nothing Ear (2) Suggest Exciting Feature Upgrades

Nothing Ear (2) Earbuds Renders and Technical Specifications Leaked Online

Nothing Ear (2) earbuds, the second-generation earbuds from Carl Pei, have been leaked online. The leaked renders, which appear to be official, show the earbuds being held or worn by product models. The leak was made by OnLeaks in collaboration with TheTechOutlook, and it includes a full list of technical specifications.

Design and Features

The leaked renders show that the Nothing Ear (2) earbuds look nearly identical to the first iteration, with the same semi-transparent design. However, there are some significant upgrades, including a reduction in weight from 4.7 grams to 4.5 grams, while the drivers retain the same 11.6mm size. The case’s new maximum runtime of 36 hours is an improvement over the original’s 34, and support for active noise cancellation is expected to be present, with the feature allowing users to adjust or personalize the strength to their liking. Multi-connect and an advanced EQ are also expected to be part of the feature set.

Pricing and Availability

Although the pricing for the Nothing Ear (2) earbuds is still unknown, it is estimated to be around the $149 price point as its predecessor. Fortunately, the Ear (2) launch event is scheduled for March 22, which is just a week from now. This means we won’t have to wait long to find out whether the leak is correct.
